With this course, you will learn techniques that will allow you to understand and become better at work, help you with your everyday life and learn to improve your mindfulness in the workplace by looking at yourself and the others around you and the interactions you have.

Course Contents

·         Lesson 1: The effect of sleep on your personal wellness.

·         Lesson 2: Encouraging self-care in the workplace.

·         Lesson 3: Discussing mental health issues in the workplace.

·         Lesson 4: Managing difficult relationships in the workplace.

·         Lesson 5: Resilience training.

Including exercises for documenting your thoughts and feelings.

We use the online learning suite Moodle to enable you to learn both from the comfort of your own home or any other location.
